Coaching turns the notion of traditional learning on
its head. It's a unique co-development process which
supports two talent pools at the same time, by pairing
developing managers with senior leaders whom they observe
and to whom they provide upward feedback.

receive a unique insight into their leadership behaviours;
the “shadow” develops his/her coaching skills, gains
exposure within the organisation and internalises an
understanding of leadership and its challenges.
